Privacy rights and requests

Email [email protected] with the subject “MSR JSON privacy request”, your country/state, the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant data. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents by ordinary email.

Brazil — LGPD

You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation/blocking/deletion where applicable, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent. You may also contact the ANPD.

Europe — GDPR

Where applicable, you may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. We aim to respond without undue delay and generally within one month where GDPR applies.

United States

State laws may provide rights to know/access, correct, delete, opt out of certain sale/sharing or profiling, and non-discrimination. This site does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. Include your state so we can apply the appropriate process.

Verification and appeals

We may verify identity proportionately before acting. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the decision and any available review or complaint route. See the privacy policy for scope.
